I had finished the boy's school room last Thursday, so Micah begged me to start school on Friday. He couldn't possibly wait until after Labor Day so I decided to give my new schedule a run. I was just as excited as he was, and I hope our enthusiasm lasts.
We started the day off with pancakes which is the boy's favorite breakfast. Those of you in the Love family know that these pancakes have to be smothered with peanut butter on them. I have never gotten into that weird tradition but I am outnumbered in my family. Poor Isaac had a high fever and we later found out that he had a double ear infection, but he wasn't going to let that stop him from doing school with the boys. Last year he was content to just play near us, but this year he wants to participate.
The boys were thrilled with all their new supplies and books so we are ready for some exciting times in our house. It will definitely be busy!
